About the Conference

Why ICETCIS 2027

ICETCIS 2027 brings together researchers, faculty, and industry practitioners to present original work in artificial intelligence, cloud systems, and cyber defence. Organized by SITAICS at Rashtriya Raksha University, the conference follows a double-blind peer review process with a minimum of three independent reviewers per paper. Participation is open to authors from India and abroad; the conference runs in hybrid mode with both onsite and online access.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Every submission is reviewed by a minimum of three independent reviewers through Microsoft CMT. Plagiarism and AI-content screening are done before acceptance.

International Participation

Technical Programme Committees drawn from institutions across India and abroad, spanning academia, government research bodies, and global industry R&D.

Hybrid Access

Onsite sessions at the Rashtriya Raksha University campus, Gandhinagar, with parallel online participation so authors and delegates worldwide can present and attend.
